Compared with 90° elbow, it delivers gentler flow transition, effectively reduces fluid turbulence, pressure drop and water‑hammer effect, improving overall pipeline operating efficiency.

    It is available in butt‑weld, socket‑weld and threaded connection types. Common materials include carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. Long‑radius and short‑radius types are optional, complying with standards such as ASME B16.9, GB/T12459.
