Our company specializes in producing various specifications and materials of pipe fittings, especially high-pressure pipe fittings, special materials/large-diameter pipe fittings, thick walled hot pressed pipe fittings, prefabricated pipeline design, construction, etc. The company has strong technical strength and an annual production capacity of 36000 tons.
Longguan Pipe Industry mainly produces carbon (low-temperature) steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, alloy steel, nickel based alloy materials and special materials. It processes and produces seamless pipe fittings, butt welded pipe fittings, forged pipe fittings, flanges and other pipeline accessories with complete specifications. It can be produced according to GB, SH, HG, JB, SY, ASME/ANSI, MSS, JIS, DIN, BS and other standards, and can also be customized according to customer requirements. The company has currently passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system certifications, and has obtained A, B, and B1 level "TS Pressure Pipeline Component Special Equipment Manufacturing License", TS Special Equipment Production License (Component Combination Device), CE/PED certificate, and API certificate.
Production Strength
The company has over 100 sets of production equipment, including elbow pushing machines, three-way cold drawing machines, reducing pipe hydraulic machines, hot bending machines, metal corrugated forming machines, rubber soft joint forming machines, flange lathes, large punching machines, welding machines, automatic longitudinal seam welding machines, shearing machines, pipe coiling machines, bending machines, anti-corrosion and temperature protection machines. The company focuses on the management of production equipment and hardware facilities, and continuously upgrades outdated production equipment. Two new large-scale production equipment double bend pressing machines have been installed, which can press high-pressure elbows with a DN1000 wall thickness of 80mm, filling the gap in the production of large-scale high-pressure elbows in the Yanshan pipeline manufacturing industry. One new large-scale seamless elbow pushing machine has been installed, increasing the production range of seamless elbows to DN1000mm. The continuous improvement of production equipment has expanded the company's business scope and effectively promoted the rapid development of the enterprise.
